Sizing?

We offer three sizes: Adult (our standard sizing), as well as Junior and Teen!

JUNIOR/

- Inseam: 37 cm

- Garment length: 102 cm

- Bodice width: 50 cm

TEEN/

- Inseam: 56 cm

- Garment: 129 cm

- Bodice Width: 60 cm

ADULT/

Both styles (short and long) are the same size - disregarding the leg inseam length of course! For our taller customers, we have added a hem on the LONG Freddie allowing for added length if need be for tall friends like Allie and Georgia! If you receive the Long freddie and it is too short, simply cut (very carefully!!!) the 5cm hem on the leg opening to add length.

The measurements of the freddie is as follows...

Inseam - 5cm

What’s your return policy?

Return Policy 

Non-defective items: For items that are not defective or damaged, if the customer simply changes their mind or made a wrong purchase, the return is accepted, but the return shipping cost is their responsibility.

Change of mind: If the customer decides they no longer want the product, the return is allowed, but the customer covers the cost of return shipping.

Customer-caused issues: If the item was returned due to the customer’s error, such as ordering the wrong size or color, the customer would pay for shipping back to the seller.

Selling Error: If the return period has expired but the item was incorrectly shipped or doesn’t match the original order (e.g., wrong size, color, or model), the retailer might still accept the return or exchange, even outside of the return window. 

Shipping errors: If there was a mistake in shipping (e.g., wrong product sent, item damaged in transit), we will offer a solution even if the return time frame has expired.


Non-Returnable Items:

These items: [perishable] are not eligible for return. If there is an attempt to return these types of items, communicate to the shopper that the return cannot be processed because the item is non-returnable.

Used or soiled clothing, especially if it has stains, odors, or is in a condition that makes it unsellable (e.g., makeup stains on a shirt or dirty shoes), would typically not be accepted for returns. Most stores expect items to be in a re-sellable condition.

Refund on item price: The customer may still receive a refund for the cost of the item itself, but the shipping charges they paid at the time of purchase (for original shipping) are typically not refunded, unless the item was defective or the seller made an error.

How long does shipping take?

On average we ship your package out 1-2 business days after you place the order. Although we are quoted 7-14 business days for delivery from our couriers, sometimes life happens and they aren't able to deliver within this timeframe. When this is the case, your tracking number may update to advise of a delayed delivery date.

If your item still hasn't been delivered within 14 business days, please contact us at the

*Please note: Once we pass your item(s) to our courier, your package is with a different provider. We completely understand delays are frustrating, however once your order is with the courier, any issues are beyond our control and need to be investigated by the courier. We are able to contact them on your behalf to resolve any issues. Please be assured, we will always do our best to get the issue sorted as quickly as possible for you.

Can I return or exchange my Freddie order?

Yes! We offer refunds and exchanges within 60 days of purchase. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

However, we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. When are you restocking?

Our goal is to restock our best selling products as often as possible! Original and Bloom Collections will be restocked in February 2025!

How do I apply discount codes at checkout?

Simply go to the checkout with the product in your cart,
there will be an option titled ‘discount code’. Select this and type in your code. This will
automatically apply the discount to your total at the checkout.
