I was so worried I wouldn't receive my Long Freddie. For some reason I thought it would ship from Australia. But she arrived safe and sound even to my tricky address and I am in love!!
If I lived North of Oklahoma, I would be all over this in the Fall and Winter! Unfortunately, I am in Texas and we get about two months of winter. It is nice and thick fleece...like serious fleece. It feels like a dream when the AC is on with the fan aimed my way! I took of two stars bc of customer service, not the product. I've been trying to contact them for two weeks regarding the return with no response. I don't like to mix up my product and service reviews...it drives me nuts when ppl do that, but I simply cannot reach anyone and it is frustrating. The product though, 5 stars for comfort and warmth!
